This blog was made to inspire myself and others to bring more mindfulness into our lives by meditating and practicing yoga. You will find posts about Buddhism, spirituality, yoga stuff, meditation, quotes etc. A lot of things in life are beyond our control, but we can at least take responsibility for our own state of mind. Buddha teaches that its the only solution to human suffering. Meditation is a way of transforming the mind, and yoga encourages clarity, emotional positivity, concentration, if you watched a couple of yoga videos that got you interested, don't be shy find the nearest instructor, or you can find video courses online for begginers, you don't need accessories, workshops or retreats, all you need is a body. personally i am more interested in meditation and mindfullness training.
